1. Minutes from June 18, 2019 GHC meeting
2. Treasurer’s business and report: FY 2020.
3. Old and continuing business:
a. FirstLight Phase II archaeological survey updates. Jasmine Gollop’s (FirstLight representative) visit to Gill with Munn’s Ferry visit hosted by the Steeles.
b. Acquisitions to approve and de-acquisitions.
c. Progress on work sessions and displays for the collection (Pam); shelf and brackets; hanging saws; security at RMB (wireless doorbell).
d. Installation of National Register sign on the Gill common; planting around the base of the sign (planning).
e. Fundraising for signage in Gill: postponed.
f. Educational signage for Gill Center and Riverside: postponed.
g. Updates: RMB renovations and repairs (windows and UV filters for lights – Pam and Terri);
completion of NR certificates for Gill Center residents; list of Gill landscapes and historic sites (postponed); captions for Mobil Station pictures; completion of RMB outside painting and classroom painting and carpets.
h. FirstLight sign at bridge abutment: making frame. Installation.
i. Fossil update: Letter to environmental police. Visit to Beneski Museum and discuss display possibilities in Gill. Riverside book for Amherst College?
