3. Old and continuing business:

a. FirstLight update (Kit)

b. Doorbell for GHC (Bob)

c. Acquisitions and deacquisitions.

d. Update on collection: progress and planning. Filing. Open House? (Pam)

e. Progress on restoration of Red Bridge anchorage, painting of the bridge, and kiosk. Plywood purchase. Reshingle roof in spring. (Terri/Bob)

f. Update on Battlefield Grant meeting 11/6/19. (Lynn)

g. 2020 Memorial Day celebrating the 75th anniversary of the end of WWII. GHC pictures of WWII veterans are needed for scanning to use in a video by Gary Bourbeau. Clesson Blake WWII letter collection. (Pam)

h. Projects: Loring Hale Diary 1868 and creation of blog with maps and photos; Jennie (Williams) Bardwell diaries and letters. (Pam)

i. Report on Dec. 5th book sales at Federal Street Books and trivia at the Gill Tavern to benefit GHC.

j. Selling Riverside book for holidays. Ideas? Other fundraisers?

4. New business:

a. Generating GHC reports for Town of Gill annual report.

b. Progress on Zoning Board request to review Sandri shared driveway plan – found to be in Archaeological District (discussion); ZBA meeting Tuesday evening (Dec. 10) at 7:00 in Town Hall. (Bob)
