Executive Session – The purpose of the Executive Session is to 1) discuss strategy with respect to litigation, i.e. privileged details and strategy regarding Kearsarge Gill LLC case before the Appellate Tax Board, and 2) comply with, or act under the authority of, any general law, i.e. MGL c. 59, § 60 requiring confidentiality of abatement applications.
