This meeting is being conducted remotely by all participants due to the State of Emergency related to COVID-19 and under the “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting, G.L. c. 30A, §20” issued by Governor Baker on 3/12/20.

2. Treasurer’s business and report: FY 2020.
3. Old and continuing business:
a. Acquisitions and deacquisitions
b. Update on collection: progress and planning (Pam)
c. Red Bridge updates: Progress on restoration of Red Bridge anchorage, painting of the bridge, and kiosk.

d. Concrete renovation of west steps to RMB.
e. Generating GHC reports for 2018 and 2019 for Town of Gill annual report. (Kit)

g. Archaeological district: creating a bigger map (Bob and Lynn)
h. FERC and support for Northfield H.C. and Gill riverbanks protection - updates (Kit)
4. New business:
a. Stone wall preservation. Possible creation of a town bylaw. (Lynda—postpone)
b. Research on past Northfield Mountain riverbank erosion control efforts (Bob) Document emailed
by Kit on 9.6.2020.
c. Native American walking trail and possible work on PVMA Turners’ monument near bridge. (Lynn)
