This meeting is being conducted remotely by all participants due to the State of Emergency related to COVID-19 and under the “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting, G.L. c. 30A, §20” issued by Governor Baker on 3/12/20. • Memorial Committee Request to have Highway Department use bucket truck to take down US flags along Main Road in Gill Center
• Firefighter Appointment - Forester Menson of Greenfield thru 6/30/2021
• FY21 “Monthly Budget” for December 2020 (in case Town Meeting has not adopted a full-year budget for FY21 prior to this meeting)
• Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.

  • Ag Commission’s GILLBILLY t-shirts have been re-stocked, all sizes available (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL). $15 donation
