6:30 pm Call to Order (If the meeting is being videotaped, announce that fact. If remote participation will occur, announce member & reason, & need for roll call voting)
Welcome – introductions, connecting with each other and our joint purpose, agenda review (20 minutes)
Schools, from the School District perspective – initial brief overview of state of the district and current issues (Superintendent – 10 minutes)
Schools, from the Town perspective – initial presentations on Town goals, concerns and appreciations related to school services (A representative from each town’s select board and/or finance committee and/or town manager – 10 minutes each)
Issues and questions – based on initial presentations, what are key issues to be addressed and what information is needed (Small groups – 15-20 minutes)
GMRSD budgets and considerations – presentation on budgets, revenue and cost considerations; response to some small group questions (Superintendent – 20-30 minutes)
Discussion (20-30 minutes)
Closing – plans and preparation for next meeting, meeting evaluation (10 minutes)
