TOWN OF GILL

SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Gill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 7:15 p.m. in the Gill Town Hall for the purpose of considering a petition from Judd Greenstein and Michi Wiancko, Antenna Cloud Farm, for a Special Permit to host concert series.  This permit is required under Section 2C - 5 of the Gill Zoning Bylaws.  A site plan review is also required under Section 24 – B3.  This property is owned by Judd Greenstein and Michi Wiancko and is located at 25 Green Hill Road, Assessors’ Map 217, Lot 36 in the Residential-Agricultural District.
