Executive Session: The purpose of the executive session is to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements, i.e. to review, approve, and classify minutes of Executive Sessions from 9/7/17 and 9/18/17 (two sessions) in order to comply with the Open Meeting Law and MGL Chapter 4 Section 7, Clause 26 “Public Records”
