This meeting is being conducted remotely by all participants due to the State of Emergency related to COVID-19 and under the “Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting, G.L. c. 30A, §20” issued by Governor Baker on 3/12/20.

1. Erving-Gill Bridge Protective Screening Design: Commission members will discuss basic design and recent changes as announced on Feb. 25th by MassDOT (see Ray’s forwarded email from the 23rd). Our feedback to MassDOT can include practical points, appearance and historically relevant comments.
2. Process for submitting our feedback: Ray’s email from MassDOT includes a form to use to send feedback by mail, to be postmarked no later than March 11, 2021. The Commission will authorize two members to prepare our statement based on our review, and to send it out.
