  • Review of Minutes
  • Gill Elementary School Floor Replacement Project
    • Discussion of project (and other “big picture” needs of the building) with Joanne Blier, GMRSD Director of Business & Operations and Heath Cummings, GMRSD Director of Facilities & Energy
    • Vote to put a debt exclusion question on ballot for Town Election on May 17th:
      “Shall the Town of Gill be allowed to exempt from the provisions of proposition two and one-half, so-called, the amounts required to pay for the bond issued for a flooring replacement project at Gill Elementary School including removal and disposal of asbestos floor tiles, installation of new flooring materials, asbestos abatement testing and monitoring, and other incidental or related work? Yes ____ No ____”
  • Fire Department Purchase Order – replace 1987 countertop in radio room & complete plywood deck floor in storage area above offices and bathrooms (vendor & $ amount should be known by start of the meeting)

    • Board of Fire Engineers for 5/1/21 – 4/30/22
    • Tyler Richardson as a Firefighter thru 6/30/21
  • Review & Approval of Gill’s Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) – Gene Beaubien, Emergency Management Director
  • Approval of Road Projects for 2021 using Chapter 90 Funds – John Miner, Highway Superintendent
  • Approval of Street Sweeping Bid for 2021 – J.R. Sweeping Service LLC @ $148.50/hour (same company and price as last year)
  • Award Bid for 2021 agricultural use of Boyle Lot – recommendation is to award to Brian Peila with the high bid of $250
  • Award Bid for 2021 agricultural use of Mariamante field – recommendation is to award to Everyday Farm with the high bid of $350
  • Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
