SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW PUBLIC HEARING
The Gill Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:15 PM for the purpose of considering a petition from James and Denise Elwell for a Special Permit to operate a disc golf course, ice cream stand, and driving range. This permit is required under Sections 13-C and 2C-7e of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. A site plan review is also required under Section 24B-3. This property is owned by James and Denise Elwell and is located at 231 West Gill Road, Assessors’ Map 214, Lots 8 and 9 in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District.
