1. Approve minutes from the GHC meetings on July 20 and October 1
(Minutes from September 21, 2021 will be passed over until the December 21 meeting).
2. Treasurer’s business and report (Charlene with Pam and Terri)

3. New business:
a. Library book talk November 13 about Jennie book (Pam)
b. Battlefield Advisory Board meeting Nov. 3: update on research plans and walking tour (Kit)

1. 235 French King Highway: Special Permit requested for another auto sales business,
approved by Zoning Board. (Kit)
2. Public meeting held Monday, Nov. 8 for Leaf Joy dispensary: (Kit)
3. Site plan review request for NMH cell tower equipment on the way (Kit)
d. Requests for the town of Gill: discussion (continued)
1. RMB basement: take inventory of basement articles e.g. desks and dispose of
unwanted items to clear space for GHC storage (Bob)
2. Anchorage and abutment maintenance: oil cables and trim weed growth (Terri)
e. GHC Inquiry: research materials on the history of the French King Bridge (Pam, Kit)
