1. Approve minutes from the GHC meetings on September 21 and November 16, 2021
2. Treasurer’s business and report (Charlene with Pam and Terri)
---Update on books and sales (Pam); GHC policy re: giving discounts for books that others will sell (Pam and Charlene; discussion)
3. New business:
a. Website revisions (Charlene); listing our meeting dates on the website? (discussion)
b. Bookmark design (Charlene); discussion; future discussion: Facebook page??
c. Battlefield Advisory Board meeting on Dec. 1: updates on research plans, walking tour recordings and schedules (Kit - see David Brule’s email, forwarded to GHC members on Dec. 7)
Next meeting Jan. 5, Montague Town Hall, 11:00.
d. Site plan reviews, continued:
1. Leaf Joy Dispensary: Zoning Board approved a special permit and the site plan review which was completed last month. (Leaf Joy now needs a host community agreement and permission from the Cannabis Control Commission in order to open.)
2. Site plan review request for NMH cell tower equipment: discussion of Celico/Verizon material, circulated among members; GHC findings to be sent to the ZBA this afternoon by email, to be in time for the ZBA meeting tonight.
e. Updates on requests for the town of Gill: discussion (continued)
1. RMB basement: take inventory of basement articles e.g. desks and dispose of
unwanted items to clear space for GHC storage (Bob)
2. Anchorage and abutment maintenance: oil cables and trim weed growth (Terri)
f. Followup to previous discussions of locally found armored mudballs (Terri)
g. GHC Inquiry update: research materials on the history of the French King Bridge (Pam, Kit)
h. Request to rehabilitate property at 38 Riverview: Okayed by MHC (copied to GHC for our info.)
4. Old and continuing business:
a. Collection updates: new table?? (Pam, Bob and others)
b. GHC hard drive data: update (Pam)
c. Country Prints exhibit additions and updates (Charlene, Lynda, Kit); permission slip (distributed at meeting) to use Wert material: feedback from Town Counsel and insurance company
5. Other business (not anticipated at time of posting)
