As a meeting utilizing remote participation, all votes must be taken by roll call.

Known appointments: 7:15 PM - a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from F.A.T.S. LLC and Michael Fisher to conduct the following activities at 48 Main Road: trucking terminal with maintenance garage, outside storage facility, and occasional repair of motor vehicles. In addition, a second principal use is sought to allow a residence. A special permit is required under Sections 2C, 2C-7h, 2C-7l, and 2C-8f of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. This property is owned by F.A.T.S. LLC and is identified as Assessors’ Map 224, Lot 5 in the Village Commercial (VC) District.
