pull the grant completely, add the upgrade of PSC electrification, and refile in the spring
pull the heat pump component of the grant, continue the application of the insulation component, reapply for heat pumps and upgrade of PSC electrification this spring
Discuss best options for electrification of PSC to support heat pumps, charging of EVs, and other future needs of PSC
