As a meeting utilizing remote participation, all votes must be taken by roll call.

Known appointments: 7:15 PM - a continuation of a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from F.A.T.S. LLC and Michael Fisher to conduct warehousing & storage utilizing approx. 2,700 sq. ft. of an existing building at the side of the property at 48 Main Road. A special permit is required under Sections 2C and 2C-8f of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. This property is owned by F.A.T.S. LLC and is identified as Assessors’ Map 224, Lot 5 in the Village Commercial (VC) District.

Known Action Items:

  • Review/approve minutes & hearing records
  • Review mail/correspondence
  • Review FY24 ZBA budget request
  • Review public hearing expenses (advertising & posting) and consider recommending revised application fees to the Selectboard
  • Discuss Erving’s method of notifying applicant, abutters, and neighboring towns of Special Permit decisions and consider changes to Gill’s customary practice
  • Review/schedule new applications
  • Confirm schedule for next meeting
