As a meeting utilizing remote participation, all votes must be taken by roll call.

Known appointments: 7:00 PM – a Continued Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from Leaf Joy for a Special Permit to allow an oversize wall-mounted sign at 1 Main Road and to amend an existing Special Permit at 1 Main Road to allow re-use of an existing non-conforming freestanding sign with internal lighting and allow an additional permitted use of the rear building as a rental warehouse. This permit is required under Sections 2C, 2C-8f, and 2F of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. The property is owned by PGM Property Management and is identified as Assessors’ Map 101, Lot 2.0 in the Village Commercial (VC) District.
