Location: Gill Town Hall, 2^nd Floor

5:30 PM Call to Order (If the meeting is being videotaped, announce that fact. If remote participation will occur, announce member & reason, & need for roll call voting)

(Note: The Executive Session will be held jointly by the Selectboard and the Board of Assessors. The Assessors and Selectboard will convene in open/public meetings.)

Executive Session – The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, i.e. privileged details and strategy regarding Kearsarge Gill LLC case before the Appellate Tax Board.

• Take roll-call vote to enter executive session
• Announce whether the meeting will reconvene in open session

Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted
