Motion to go to Executive Session:
Vote to enter Executive Session by roll call. The Executive Session is being held per MGL c 30A section 21(a)7, to comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements, MGL c 30A section 21(a)3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares, and MGL c30A section 21(a)6 to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body re: Firstlight.
Chairman to declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the Town of Gill
Chairman to announce that open session will not reconvene.
