• Update on Town Hall Frozen/Burst Water Pipe – Flooring Abatement and Restoration

New Business

• FirstLight Relicensing – Request from FRCOG for $2,500 contribution toward shared cost of hiring an erosion expert to help the 4 towns, FRCOG, and CRC present a strong case to the FERC and MADEP that FirstLight should be responsible for taking steps to prevent and mitigate erosion under the new License
• Fire Department Appointments – Aaron Budine and Charlotte Strickland Vannah as Firefighters through 06/30/23 contingent upon receipt of satisfactory results from a recent medical evaluation
• Annual Appointments for Fiscal Year 2024, effective July 1, 2023
• Request from Town Administrator to carryforward an additional 40 hours of vacation from FY23 to FY24, to be used by 9/30/23
• Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
