Old Business
- Regional Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Task Force – update and possible increase to FY25 assessment from Northfield EMS
New Business
- Fire Department topics
- Cost estimate to replace counter/desk in radio room and to complete floor/decking above Chief’s office and men’s bathroom to expand space used for training and storage
- Firefighter Safety Equipment grant – application deadline 12/1. Applying for maximum $10,500 toward purchase of (1) thermal imager for $10,960
- Purchase order - $2,875 from Fire Dept budget for drop tank for new engine
- Brush truck update – delivery anticipated for Jan 2024, need to finalize source of funds for purchase (NMH Donation & ARPA)
- Police Department grant award - $31,249.90 from Edward J. Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program, for the purchase of two radio repeaters for police cruisers
- Possible application to Community Compact “Efficiency & Regionalization” grant program for assistance exploring alternative models for police services in the face of future retirements of existing personnel. Grant period opens 1/8/24, deadline is 2/9/24
- Green Communities annual report for FY 23 – review & approve
- Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
