Reorganization
- Election of Chair & Clerk
- Appoint Representative to Personnel Committee (currently Randy Crochier)
- Appoint Representative to FRCOG (currently Greg Snedeker)
- Appoint Representative to Franklin Regional Planning Board (currently John Ward, with Greg Snedeker as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to FRTA (currently Randy Crochier, and Ray as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to Cable Advisory Committee (currently Charles Garbiel thru 6/30/24)

- FirstLight relicensing
- Comments to FERC due on 5/22 – possible topics include Invasive Species Plan, Traditional Cultural Properties & Historical Properties Management Plan, Non-Project Use of Project Lands, and Erosion.
- Due to 5/22 deadline, consider having Gill’s comments support and/or borrow liberally from FRCOG’s comments on same topics
- Mass DEP hearings & comments on 401 Water Quality Certificate
- Hearings to receive testimony are via Zoom at 1:30 PM & 7 PM on Wed, May 29th
- Written comments due Mon, June 3rd; can re-use FERC comments where appropriate
- Consider authorizing Town Administrator to testify and submit comments
New Business
- Bill Tomb – timing of June 11th town meeting
- Town Election outcomes on elected-to-appointed positions and expanded Sewer Commission; next steps
- 2024 Public Gathering Permit for Turners Falls Schuetzen Verein (clam bakes, car shows, and grounds rentals)
- Invitation to Memorial Day ceremony – Sunday, May 26th 9:30 AM, Gill Church & Veterans Monuments
- Sewer Commitment - $50.62 for bill date of 5/2/24 (sale of 26 French King Hwy)
- Sewer Abatement – Jeff Suprenant, $17.46 for water used to fill spa
- Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
