Organics Collection Program – proposal to establish a community organics collection area located at or near the parking lot for the Riverside Building. Startup costs of $1,200 (enclosure) plus direct mail flyer; weekly cost of $90. RDP grant funds can be used. – Jan Ameen, Executive Director of Franklin County Solid Waste Management District and Vicky Jenkins, Gill’s rep to the District, will present & answer questions.
Memorandum of Understanding with Franklin County Solid Waste Management District for Gill’s participation in regional household hazardous waste collection event on Saturday, September 21, 2024. Recommended budget of $1,250 using RDP grant funds.
