Known appointments:
7:10 PM -
a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering a petition from Ryan Grandmont to modify a Special Permit issued on July 9, 2024 in order to allow a new location for the food concession trailer on the lot at 1 Main Road, to allow the trailer to remain on site 7 days per week, and to allow operations 7 days per week. The existing permit was required under Sections 2C, 2C-7e, and 2C-7q of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. This property is owned by PGM Property Management and is identified as Assessors’ Map 101, Lot 2 in the Village Commercial (VC) District.
