This permit is required under Sections 2C, 2C-7i, 2C-8d and 13C of the Gill Zoning Bylaws. A site plan review is required under Section 24B-3. This property is owned by Helene Grosvenor Trust and is identified as Assessors’ Map 210, Lot 12 in the Residential-Agricultural (RA) District.
