Today’s meeting is being recorded, in part to support minutes of our meeting.
1. Approve minutes of the March 18 meeting.
2. Treasurer’s report and business
A. FY‘25 (until June 30) and FY’26 budgets. Material to add to hard drives?
B. Budget expenses and earnings for the past 2 months:

Expenses: Frame repair for Renee Earnings and expenses: One copy of
Jenkins’ picture frame: $9.76 Riverside sold @ $50.00; mailing = $8.37

2. Moves of big pieces; timetable? Freeing up office space = one priority

5. What we need for displays: Ideas from other Historical museums (Lynda)
6. Building needs: keys, shelving, paint (magnetic?), assessment of need for more
