Reorganization
- Election of Chair & Clerk
- Appoint Representative to Personnel Committee (was Randy Crochier)
- Appoint Representative to FRCOG (currently Greg Snedeker)
- Appoint Representative to Franklin Regional Planning Board (currently John Ward, with Greg Snedeker as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to FRTA (was Randy Crochier, with Ray Purington as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to Cable Advisory Committee (currently Charles Garbiel thru 6/30/25)
- Appoint Representative to Animal Control Advisory Committee (was Randy Crochier, with Ray Purington as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to Northfield EMS Task Force (was Randy Crochier)

- Review of Minutes: 3/24/25, 4/7/25, 4/22/25, 5/5/25
New Business
- Pavilion for Gill Elementary School – Sorrel Hatch, Farm To School Committee
- Purchase Order – Fire Department – 20 flashlights
- Purchase Order - LED Lighting conversion at Town Hall - Advanced Energy Group, $5,165 from Building Maintenance budget and $3,440 Eversource incentive
- Process for appointing Tax Collector for remainder of elected term (through 5/18/26) – Suggest authorizing the Town Administrator to review & interview candidates and present a single recommendation to the Selectboard for appointment.
