New Business
Appointment of Tax Collector to balance of elected term through 5/18/26. Position is typically 20 hours per week with annual compensation (FY26, paid biweekly) of $30,485.52 and $860.00 stipend (paid quarterly) as Collector for Riverside Sewer System (includes FY26 COLA)
Annual Committee Member & Other Appointments for Fiscal Year 2026, effective July 1, 2025
Request from Highway Superintendent John Miner to carry forward additional 30 hours vacation time into FY26. Time will be used by 7/31/25.
Renewal of Comcast cable license – negotiation meetings should start soon as current license expires 5/16/26. Currently only two members on the Cable Committee. If volunteers don’t step forward soon, consider modifying the official membership of the committee to include the Town Administrator as a voting member.
Memorandum of Understanding with Franklin County Solid Waste Management District for Gill's participation in regional household hazardous waste collection event on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Recommended budget of $1,250 using RDP grant funds.
