5:30 PM Call to Order (If the meeting is being videotaped, announce that fact. If remote participation will occur, announce member & reason, & need for roll call voting)
Fire Department Purchase Order – Fire Tech & Safety or other vendor, not to exceed $7,620 for portable ground monitor
Mini-splits at Riverside Municipal Building – annual maintenance in August identified 2 outdoor units (“compressors”) with major problems
System #1 (1st floor bathroom, Water District office, Water District basement storage) – compressor for the outdoor unit is bad, needs to be replaced, $3,200
System #3 (?? locations) – physical obstructions in system, needs to be replaced. However, replacement units are no longer available (importing units using R-410A refrigerant banned as of 1/1/25 and installation banned as of 1/1/26). Existing indoor units (the “heads”) are not compatible with the new compressor unit. Will need to install new outdoor unit, line set, and 2 indoor units. $9,800
