Reorganization
- Welcome new Selectboard member & other newly elected town officials
- Election of Chair & Clerk
- Appoint Representative to Personnel Committee (currently John Ward)
- Appoint Representative to FRCOG (was Greg Snedeker)
- Appoint Representative to Franklin Regional Planning Board (currently John Ward, and Greg Snedeker was as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to FRTA (currently John Ward, with Ray Purington as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to Cable Advisory Committee (currently Charles Garbiel thru 6/30/26)
- Appoint Representative to Animal Control Advisory Committee (currently Charles Garbiel, with Ray Purington as alternate)
- Appoint Representative to Northfield EMS Task Force (currently Charles Garbiel)

New Business
- Special/One-Day Liquor License application for Northfield Mount Hermon School alumni weekend – 3 consecutive one-day licenses for June 4, 5, & 6, 2026
- Outcome of Gill School Roof debt exclusion ballot question at 5/18 town election; next steps?
- Invitation to Memorial Day services – Sunday, May 24th. Starts @ 9:30 AM at the Gill Church, followed by a rose ceremony at the Veterans Monuments
