Discussion Items:
- Review Consolidated Application process with Allison Gage (FRCOG Energy & Environment Program Manager)
- Discuss creating Planning Board rules so we can hire a professional review consultant at Developer/Applicant’s expense, etc.
- Review Housing Choice Community planning
- Discuss potentially available land use grants, and what we would like to use those for (planning professional, etc.)
- Review Farmland Protection Planning and having a P. Board rep on that committee
- Review policy changes for Zoning Act signed by Gov. Healey
- General discussion about planning for Master Planning
- Review Data Centers for bylaw updates
- Review Food Trucks and Short-term Rentals for bylaw updates

- Review/approve minutes from July 9th, 2026
- Review mail/correspondence
- Confirm schedule for next meeting
