- Fire Department - Annual Purchase Orders for Fiscal Year 2027 routine, budgeted expenses
- Review and sign warrant for November 3, 2026, state election
- Appointment – Judd Greenstein, Green Hill Rd, to the Cultural Council through 10/5/2029
- Grant Awards
- $1,000,000.00 from the HousingWorks Infrastructure Program in support of the Main Road Reconstruction project
- $150,000 from the Rural Development Fund in support of evaluation & design improvements to the Riverside Sewer Pump Station
- $20,140 for the Police Department from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security's Office of Grants and Research (OGR) under the FFY27 Municipal Road Safety (MRS) Program
- $5,700 allocation to Gill’s Cultural Council from the Mass Cultural Council for FY27
- Treasurer - recommendation to award 1-year Bond Anticipation Note for $47,000 to bank bidding lowest interest rate & sign loan documents (3rd of 3 years borrowing for the Fire Responder truck)
