New Business

• Discuss Possible Retirement of Tax Collector & Treasurer
  • Election status of both positions
  • Options for filling positions until next election
  • Elected vs Appointed, and process if change is desired
  • Executive Session - The purpose of the Executive Session is to discuss strategy in preparation for contract negotiations with non-union personnel, i.e. potential contract and compensation for interim services for Tax Collector and Treasurer positions.
  • Take roll-call vote to enter executive session
  • Announce whether the meeting will reconvene in open session
• Other business as may arise after the agenda has been posted.
