Slate Memorial Library hosts an outdoor book and art display!

Slate Library is happy to announce a
Gill Elementary 2nd Grade Story Walk
and Art Exhibit!

Come visit the Slate Library in the center of Gill, and read the story of "Gustavo the Shy Ghost" by Flavia Z. Drago. A story waslk is an outdoor book display which allows readers the opportunity to enjoy a book page by page, while strolling through the grounds outside the library. In addition to reading the story, second grade artists have made collaged ghosts and drawn their own versions of a ghost party. You can find thie rwork on display along the story walk!

The story walk is on display outsdie througout the month of October. We hope you enjoy the work of these amazing artists!

Slate Library is open on Tues 2-6p, Wed 3:30-7:30p, Thurs 2-8p, and Sat 10a-2p.
