Gill Board of Assessors Announcement
On Wednesdays and Fridays throughout April and May, our consultants from Patriot Property will be doing re-inspections to satisfy the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. They will be verifying the data that affects the assessed value of the property in Gill. They will also be updating information related to building permits submitted during 2017. A complete inspection consists of an exterior as well as an interior inspection. Typically these inspections take a few minutes and consist of a walkthrough of your basement and living areas.
