What do I do if I have a problem with my trash or recycling pick up?

Please contact the hauling company directly with any complaints. The hauling company is USA Waste & Recycling, 413-587-4005. If your problem is not resolved by the hauling company, please contact the Board of Health at 413-863-9347 or health@gillmass.org.
